RÉSUMÉ
Le panel d’experts de I’American Society of Hematology (ASH) a édité 23 recommandations conditionnelles et 2 recommandations fortes dans le but de répondre à des questions pratiques pour optimiser l’utilisation des anticoagulants chez les patients traités pour une maladie thromboembolique veineuse. Les experts se positionnent notamment sur l’utilisation des antidotes (idarucizumab et andexanet alpha) en cas de saignement sous AOD.

ABSTRACT
The American Society of Hematology guidelines panel edited 23 conditional recommendations and 2 strong recommendations in order to answer practical questions to optimize management of patients receiving anticoagulants for venous thromboembolism. Notably, the panel integrates antidotes (idarucizumab and andexanet alpha) in the management of major bleeding during direct oral anticoagulant treatment.
