RÉSUMÉ
Les thrombopénies induites par l’héparine (TIH) sont rares mais graves, et il est essentiel de savoir les reconnaître et les traiter sans retard. Les méthodes diagnostiques et thérapeutiques ont évolué ces dernières années, et des recommandations ou des propositions utiles en pratique clinique ont été émises par la société américaine d’hématologie et, en France, par le Groupe d’intérêt en Hémostase Périopératoire (GIHP). Ce texte analyse présente brièvement, et analyse comparativement ces recommandations de I’ASH et ces propositions du GIHP.

ABSTRACT
Heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT) is rare but serious and it is essential to know how to recognize and treat it without delay. Diagnostic and therapeutic methods have evolved in recent years, and useful recommendations or proposals for clinical practice have been issued by the American Society of Hematology and, in France, by the Group of Interest in Perioperative Hemostasis. This analysis briefly presents and compares recommendations from ASH and proposals from GIPH.
